Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a limited return and refund period as follows:
- Fresh Flowers: 1-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Plants and Non-Perishable Items: 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@dspring.org.
If your return is approved, you will be asked to send the item to the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or special-order products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before proceeding with a return request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the existing one (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at sales@dspring.org.
